Cut-away label

Embroidery label

Durable thread sewn into your icon or wording, adding texture and dimension. Swimwear only, any size up to 3.5 x 3.5 inch / 9 x 9 cm. Tested for Repreve, Carvico Revo Eco, Panama, VITA, VITA PL, BS Matte and BS Shiny. Not recommended for activewear or texturized swim fabric. Thread color follows pantone as closely as possible, not identically. 2 to 3 days for sampling. Sample $15, bulk from $1.

DTF (direct transfer film)

PVC resin and plasticizer resin, more durable than heat transfer, commonly applied on the outside of the fabric. Colors customized on pantone. Recommended for all flat swim and active fabrics, not for texturized fabrics. Any size up to 13.8 x 4.2 inch / 35 x 10.7 cm. 2 to 3 days for sampling. Sample $15, bulk from $1.

Heat transfer label

A tagless label printed on the inside of the garment. Available in black and white, with optional shapes that can be customized with your design. Recommended for swimwear and activewear fabrics, but not Carvico Revolutional Eco or other texturized swimwear fabric. Sample $15, bulk $0.50.

Rubber patch

Black or white, available for men's and boys' swim only. Bulk price applies for orders of 500 or more, or as part of a bulk order. Sample $1 with the BS logo, bulk 500 pieces $200 ($0.4 per piece).

Cotton tape brand label

Black, white or RFD, 0.47 x 3.9 inch / 1.2 x 10 cm. Recommended for resort wear and lounge wear. Sample of 'Your Label' $15, bulk 400 pieces $80 ($0.2 per piece).

Biodegradable bag

All products come pre-packaged in biodegradable tapioca bags printed with “THIS BAG IS BIODEGRADABLE” at no charge. Made from corn starch, the plant-based bag breaks down into compostable fertilizer after use and disposal, without harmful chemicals. It stays in good condition long enough for you to store and sell your products.

Cotton bag
